The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
We use your name and e-mail address for sending (commercial) newsletters (max. 12 times per year). We only do this with the information we have obtained when you subscribe to our newsletter, or if you indicated in another way that you wish to receive this newsletter.
We use your name, address and e-mail address for sending invoices or payment requests. We only use your telephone number if there is an unexpected cancellation, etc. Your first and last name and e-mail address that you enter in the contact form will be used to respond to the contact request.

d. Booking a Life-Coaching session / relationship or Permaculture Design and Advies

You can also indicate whether you want to receive the newsletter. If you do not want this, we will not include your e-mail address in our e-mail system.

YOUR PRIVACY
For a good stay, a good coaching relationship or a permaculture design project it is necessary that we, as your host or coach or consultant, create a file. Your file contains notes about your stay here, the coaching sessions and appointments and the information you have given regarding a permaculture design project.
We do our best to ensure your privacy. This means, among other things, that we:

• ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data
As your attending coach, Pauline has the only access to the data in your file. Marc has sole access to permaculture data.
We have a legal duty of confidentiality (professional secrecy).
PRIVACY ON OUR INVOICES
The following information is mentioned on our invoices:
• Your name, address and place of residence
• the costs of the consultation and/or stay
Article 3 Security of personal data
We have taken appropriate (technical) measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures and storing personal data in a protected environment provide a level of security that matches the data we process.
Article 4 Retention period
We will store your data not longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our newsletters, your e-mail address will be removed from the system by the end of the relevant month at the latest.
We keep the data in our accounting system and newspaper files for at least 7 years.
The above period applies, provided there is no further legal obligation for us to keep the data longer and / or to keep it available.
